Employees were asked to respond to an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools who has worked with the Des Moines Register to recognize Iowa’s top employers for several years. The results placed INVISION within the 75 small businesses making the list. The survey results noted that employees feel genuinely appreciated, able to work to their full potential and are encouraged to share.
