The Waterloo Career Center Expansion is a thoughtfully planned, two-phase project designed to enhance educational opportunities for the community. In the first phase, a new standalone building will be constructed, featuring expansive high bay labs designed to accommodate a wide range of future programs. This state-of-the-art facility will also include modern classrooms and specialized labs, all seamlessly connected to the main building via a skywalk.
The second phase focuses on revitalizing the academic program area within the existing middle school. This renovation will not only modernize the learning spaces but also upgrade the entire building’s infrastructure with geothermal HVAC systems and additional sprinkler installations, ensuring a safe and sustainable environment for students and staff.
