  • I’m an elected Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) commissioner in Dallas County and am the current chair. I also serve as the VP of the Conservation Districts of Iowa, Region Six VP, and represent the SWCD on all the Watershed Management Authorities that touch Dallas County.
