Position Description

INVISION is looking for a Construction Administrator to support project teams estimating through construction. 

Position Responsibilities 

• Be passionate about design and architecture 
• Be friendly, optimistic, and a hardcore team player 
• Excel in verbal and digital communication 
• Mentor, provide direction and leadership to individual design team members 
• Collaborate with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy 
• Coordination with contractors/​owners/​consultants
• Be a key participant in leading our market sectors 
• High attention to detail
• Adaptability to shift tasks + prioritize
• Time Management skills

Position Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in an architecture design firm 
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience in building design and/​or construction 
• Demonstrated knowledge of documentation tools including Revit, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
• Ideal candidate has experience in the following markets: Higher Education, K‑12, and/​or Healthcare
