INVISION is looking for an experienced Health + Wellness Architect who thrives on guiding projects from concept to completion while building lasting relationships with clients who see you as a trusted partner.

Position Responsibilities

• Client Leadership – Build and maintain strong client relationships by earning trust, understanding their strategic goals, while making the design process seamless and inspiring.

• Design and Thought Leadership – Provide insights on emerging healthcare trends, master planning, and facility design to shape industry-leading transformative design solutions. Bring creativity, innovation, and problem-solving expertise to every project.

• Project & Team Leadership – Oversee the design process from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client vision, goals, budgets, and schedules.

• Collaboration & Mentorship – Foster a culture of excellence, sharing your knowledge, and support the professional growth of emerging talent while driving innovation and best practices in healthcare design.

• Champion Sustainability & Inclusivity – Because designing for the future means designing for everyone.

Position Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare architecture experience with a strong project portfolio

• Licensed architect

• Demonstrate passion for design thinking  

• Commitment to creative stakeholder engagement, and design for diversity, equity and inclusion 

• Outstanding graphic presentation and verbal presentation skills 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Demonstrate expertise exploring and integrating sustainable design strategies  

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management and mentoring skills 

• Demonstrated knowledge of 3D modeling and documentation tools including Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite   

• General knowledge of the total project process including team management, schedule, and budget 

• Be an all-around decent human • friendly, optimistic, and the ultimate team player.
